Figure 27 : Lets make a systematic run through the multi integration concept:
First we load the photo pixel data into the circular MI software (MI for multi integration)
We set the integration range, here at clock position 11:00. We set the center point and the chromatogram front point (red and green point in the figure above). We command the number of tracks = 4, the angle value = 4 degree, the track width = 11 units. We decide for rectangle track structure. We set plate basis points. Go to the next figure 28.
